Teardrop with the kitchen INSIDE! Due to medical issues, we haven't taken her out for 2 summers so we are selling her. We had a new floor put in at the dealer after we bought it ($5000 job). This lightweight trailer (1452 lbs) is easy to tow. There's room for a porta potty (!) and we bought slide out drawers for the kitchen cupboards. Beautiful curtains with matching tablecloth. Boards to convert to queen bed are in the storage at the back. I made a screen for the door. The windows have screen and black out shades. There's a bar across the ceiling to hang towels on. ALL original manuals etc. come with it, along with the receipt for the new floor etc. SO MANY EXTRAS worth over $800 including step stool, wheel locks, 15 & 30 Amp Adaptor Plugs, Leveller Blocks, Wheel Dock, Brand New Water Hose, IKEA Sunserst Cups & Hooks, Book shelf, and a Pahaqua Add-a-Room (which we've never used).
